Fantastic value for money

There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping spots nearby. I was frustrated at first because communication was not smooth when arranging the airport pickup service. However, once I arrived at the hotel, the staff’s warm and friendly service quickly eased my disappointment. The rooftop bar, infinity pool, and the generous breakfast for the price all made my stay very satisfying. I truly think this is one of the best value-for-money hotels.

I was a bit disappointed with the room service. Even though I ordered something simple (just French fries), the ordering process was difficult and it took a long time for the food to arrive.

The pool on the 40th floor and the view were absolutely amazing. Buffet breakfast offers many food options so everyone can find their own taste. They upgraded my room to a superior one for free. That was also a very nice attitude. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is always kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Nha Trang.

체크인하러 들어갈 때. 짐을 받아주러 나오는 직원이 없었습니다.아이들 데리고 캐리어 여러개 끌고 힘겹게 로비에 드러가랴고 하니. 그때서야 문을 열어주러 나오더군요. 그점 빼고는 만족합니다.

I Book 3 room they let us the same level that the important i like because my daughter only 17 year old. I will come back thanks

The pool

The air conditioning changing in the middle of the night every night. I accidentally dropped a cup in the dining room and was handed a bill immediately to pay for the cup. Very very petty. Left me immediately angry and disappointed

Location,The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including even a weighing scale.

The fridge in my room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t store my yogurt. On the first night around midnight, someone was shouting in front of the elevator, but the following nights were fine with no issues. The swimming pool was extremely crowded, making it unappealing to use.
