Regalia Gold Hotel

This mist be a self appointed 5 dtar hotel. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. I have never in all my years of travelling been told we trying to check in, that they won't even let you check in until 2 pm, I wasn't asking for my room early , just complete my paperwork and then get my key after 2pm. On checking out , they mucked around for over 20 minutes, saying they were checking my room, holding up the airport transfer I had paid for with them. When I said I had to go, as time was getting on, I was informed it was my problem as I hadn't come down early enough. At the time I was the only person checking out, I would hate to think how long it would take on a busy time. Breakfast was very average, coffee barely warm, bacon cold, juice warm,. The room okay, bathroom extremely small. Upon arrival and departure, had to get our bags to and from the car ourselves, with no help from staff.

Below average experience, staff didn’t care much as they were busy, pool was nice but not enough seats, breakfast was nice too but staff weren’t very kind. We had to ask front desk 5 times if we could have our room cleaned, waited over 6 hours for a below average clean, needed our towels replaced and almost had to beg for toilet paper, when the room was finally cleaned, it wasn’t worth the wait and constant asking. The staff apologised promised things and never delivered. Was honestly excited to leave

В номере был не очень хороший интернет. На завтраках не было разнообразия европейской кухни.

Our room was very nice and comfortable.

The staff were quite unhelpful, there wasn’t a point going to the pool as there were very few loungers. The breakfast wasn’t great and you have to go down early if you want to get a seat, again staff were very unhelpful in the regards. The food in general isn’t nice at all so definitely go somewhere else. I wouldn’t say it was a 5 star experience.

L’emplacement est très bien. La taille de la chambre, la vue sont très bien aussi.

Le petit déjeuner décevant. Rien pour les végétariens. Vraiment rien même pas de simples nouilles aux légumes contre + d’une dizaine de plats avec viande. Qualité du buffet très moyen. Aussi nous avons demandé un fer à repasser et on nous a répondu que l’hôtel n’en avait pas. Pour un 5* c’est étonnant voire même décevant.

Peu moderne et pas genereux sur les produits d acceuil en hôtellerie ( gel douche, shampoing, conditionner et body lotion non fournis)
