didn't really see any staff to order f&b at the rooftop

The location was great and the rooftop pool

The only time we ever saw a staff member was checking in. Room cleaning was only for a price, we were there 4 nights and couldn't even get fresh towels (the ones we got smelled of mildew). There was no cleaning supplies in the room either. The photos way over sold it, for the same price we stayed at Casa Anjali and it was a dream (highly recommend that instead, and probably most other options). Our room was on the first floor and the "terrace" felt like a dungeon of concrete walls with no view, sun, and nothing dried. Bed was not comfortable and there was only 2 lumpy pillows. The room smelled musky which makes sense since there is almost no airflow (due to previous mentioned concrete patio). There is no staff ever at the rooftop bar (like in the photos), only an option to order from the restaurant downstairs which is quite expensive. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Beautiful property/room and excellent location. Entrance isn’t completely obviously (it’s right beside the restaurant entry door). Great pool too!

The location was great! Centrally located but quiet. Walkable to everything in town and beach.

Huge room and an awesome rooftop pool! Close to the beach and all the action in downtown Sayulita. Having the Sur38 pool service is also a nice treat!

The windows in our room were both essentially interior fencing, one window by the interior stairs and the other faces “outside” but a wall, the balcony is essentially useless and neighbors can see into our room from their balcony

Location was great! Away from the busy areas, but easy to walk to. Roof top pool has a great view! Room was large, bed was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. Sur 38 was delicious, was really nice to order room service to our room and the pool. Would stay again!

Shower had low water pressure, fan lights turned on randomly throughout the night.

The location of the property was great, you far enough away from the square so you can have a quiet night and only a block from the beach.

Upon arrival after our first nights sleep we noticed our bedding was dirty. At first I thought it was stained then I used a little soap and water on the sheet and washed out the blood or whatever it was on our sheets. There was also crust black stuff on our bedspread. The hotel charges for your room to be cleaned and your towels to be changed out so luckily we could take our stuff to our friend’s place to be laundered. You can’t dry your towels after you outside because the sun never hits your balcony to get them dry. The dampness in the air keeps the towels damp and then they stink after the first use. Again thank goodness for our friends place. We had friends staying at another location that had a dryer so we would use that to dry or towels. We had our bedding washed there as well after we realized it was dirty. However you wouldn’t expect that when you are paying hundreds of dollars a night for your stay. Our final straw was the dead cockroaches in the hallway - we paid over 2k for 8 nights I would not expect there to be dirty bedding extra charge for towels and cleaning as well as bugs. We are well travel and unfortunately were extremely disappointed in our stay.

The pool and the location were the best part!
