"Nice location, but weak support with taking care of customer or fixing an issue with facilities"

Location was good, the restaurant staff was great providing the breakfast included with the stay

No hot water in the shower, we inquired and the answer was that that issue never happened before, but nothing was done to remedy the problem

Great location, great studio, amazing breakfast at Sur38! The room has everything you need and the pool is AMAZING. Even though there is no reception- the host was super helfpul and easy to get a hold of! 10/10
