I stayed at the Westin Surabaya for our business trip. We were there at the beginning and decided to stay here The hotel is in a perfect location—surrounded by beautiful surroundings and very accessible to shopping malls. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything. The room was very clean, and the staff—from the Club Lounge (Patrick, Evan, Vero, Angely, Rosy, Dhea & concierge Filip) were all incredibly helpful and kind. The hospitality and management were top-notch! I really loved our stay, and if i had to come back to Surabaya again, the Westin would definitely be our choice. Not to forget, this hotel wouldn’t be the same without its amazing manager, NILA. She is the heart and soul of this place, and i were truly grateful to have her there. She answered all my questions and was always super friendly. i simply felt at home—and I believe that’s the most valuable feeling you can have when traveling. It was an incredible experience! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Surabaya. It’s a 10/10 for us, and we hope to return soon!

Centrally located adjoining an excellent mall

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The rooms were plush and comfortable, had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. The head chef went out of his way for us, suggesting dishes and taking special requests from the whole family. Every need was catered too, and the children we were fussed over.

The staff were amazing. The food was outstanding! Was a fabulous hotel.

Perfect location, connected to shopping mall. Room was spacious and nice. Perfect staycation with family.

Westin Surabaya provided the same standard as all other Westin hotels in the world which is a good thing. Staff are always friendly and well trained, rooms are immaculate and laundry service prompt. During Ramadhan Westin Surabaya also provided Sahoor meals from 2:30 am allowing Moslems who practice fasting to have their breakfast before the morning prayer time. The selection was plentiful and just as good as the normal breakfast. Club lounge team was also exceptional during my stay with the chef making special Kebuli and Lamb rice for my break-fasting.
