The breakfast is good, the restaurant staff is helpful, the menu is complete enough but it is not special in taste..

There is a sound like music party/drum that is heard from our room, and it is stop till late at night.. in the morning the sound is start again

We returned to the Westin Hotel once again. I was very pleased with the services provided. We were greatly helped by them and found them to be very professional. Their service was above and beyond our expectations. At the concierge desk, Philip was very helpful. Our room was kept spotlessly clean by Ajeng who even gave us a few letters and small gifts to make our stay more enjoyable. There is a restaurant called Magnolia that I would like to share with you. Our experience at the restaurant was the best we have had so far. Throughout the entire stay, all the staff were so friendly and professional. We had a very good experience with Aziz, Rega, and Solihin. All of them were very helpful and treated us very well. In addition to being very professional, Risky was also a very good duty manager. As always, it was a pleasure to meet Chef Dayat once more, and as always, he surprised us all with his stunning, absolutely sensational food that he cooked for us, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. There is no doubt that I would like to go back there again next week. We are looking forward to another wonderful stay at the best hotel in Surabaya as we look forward to another great experience.

The facilities and rooms are excellent—spotlessly clean and well maintained. The hospitality from the staff, including receptionists, waiters, waitresses, and chefs, is truly outstanding. This is my favorite hotel in Surabaya, and I look forward to staying here again soon.

the food and quality very good... sooo delicious👍👍👍 i stayed for three days but i really enjoy it. overall i give 5 stars for it☺️☺️ especially thank you for Aziz and Rega for the great service and they were so humble. iam pretty sure coming back soo with our family🙏🏻👍 see you again
