The Westin Surabaya

I met with Mr. Rega and Mr. Aziz. Very humble and a pleasing warm welcome to the start of the day with varieties of food. The service of these two shows the reason that this hotel deserves a 5 star. 5 star food, room, service, and everything you could ever need. I stayed for 3 days and i wish i could stay here longer. If you ever come to Surabaya, why not take a shot at staying over at Westin Surabaya hotel! Thank you so much for the people that worked really hard to bring the best for the guests! Ya'll nailed it.

This is our second stay in Westin and the service has been impeccable. We absolutely enjoyed our return here and would recommend this stay in a heartbeat. Our biggest compliments go out to Chef Nasrullah of the breakfast buffet at Magnolia, he was super attentive to our needs and allowed us to have an amazing breakfast experience with our family. Accompanied by the amazing service staff at Magnolia like Aziz, Okta and Handy… Westin has the best breakfast experience amongst any hotels we have been in Indonesia. Our shoutout goes to Patrick of the Club Lounge for always being super helpful and attentive as well. Thank you! We are definitely coming back, and so should you!

Everything is fine. Great hospitality from every staff in the hotel that makes the stay more comfortable. Direct access to the one of the biggest mall in Surabay is a plus point for sure which is also let you have more options for activity and meals as well.

Chef nasrul provide us very nice Steak, recommended and so happy to stay in Westin if we go to surabaya we will come back to this hotel, swimming pool also very clean and large , all the waitress so warm to welcoming us , nearby to pakuwon shopping mall.

My recent stay at The Westin Surabaya from 4–6 May 2025 was absolutely unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, the experienced beyond exceptional. The services given by the staff was over expected, special thanks to Mr. Dayat and Mr. Rega, who made us feel like royalty during our breakfast , Mr. Ilham also deserves recognition – a small act of help during room cleaning left a big impact on us. And Mr. Aziz, thank you for your kind and helpful service throughout the stay. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip.

The hotel service & facilities are very nice. The hotel room was clean, nice, and spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food, delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the west city center

This is the best experience we've been through. One step to the biggest mall in south asia, Pakuwon Mall and Pakuwon Trade Centre. Everythings is so great. The staff, the food, and ambience is perfectly good. We'll coming back and stay there again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin! The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting several amazing staff members who made my experience even more memorable: Syukron – He warmly welcomed me on my first day and even assisted me with breakfast. Knowing I had a flight, he kindly offered to pack some food for me to take away. Nasrulloh – The chef was incredibly kind and always recommended the best dishes. He let me try some of their specialties like the mini steak, satay, and more. Shafira – She presented me with a lovely thank-you cake, beautifully served with great care. Math – He prepared a fantastic tom yum—it was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Surabaya. Everything, from the service and rooms to the facilities was top-notch!

This time I stayed in Westin Grand Suite with room size 97 sqm..The difference between Guest Rooms and Suites are separate Living Room and Bedroom.. Even I’m only 1 night stay at this hotel but all the workers in there are friendly for example : - Patrice as a Duty Manager who helped me get an upgrade from Guest Rooms to Westin Grand Suite and included Lounge Access. - Caroline as a GRO (Guest Relation Officer) and Concierge team who helped me registered the number of my vehicle. - Club Attendants : A. Nila as a Club Manager who gave me late check out at 4 PM B. Evan, Rozy, Veronica & Teams helped me to get a drink and food. - Breakfast at Magnolia Restaurant I ordered the SOD (Special of The Day) menu- Chicken Satay and The Executive Sous Chef (Chef Nasrul) directly come to my table to discuss the SOD. For all The Westin Surabaya teams from Concierge at LG Floor until Club Lounge at 39th Good Job for the hard work..And Can’t wait to come back for my next stay at this hotel again.
