My stay at The Westin Surabaya was truly unforgettable. Chef Dayat’s kindness and hospitality stood out, and his dishes—especially the tomyam at breakfast—were absolutely juara! The overall food and beverage were excellent, the service warm and attentive, and the ambience in both the room and the club lounge was serene, elegant, and welcoming. Even though it was only a short stay, every moment was filled with care and genuine hospitality from the entire team—thank you for making me feel so special.

I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. There are truly made my stay special and memorable. The entire hotel staff from the floor, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping team. They were friendly and always put on their smile and greeting you. They are efficient, professional, respectful, courtuous

This was one of the Best Hotels I stayed. The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. You have fine dining feeling here. Luxory

No negative experiance. Best hotel I stayed after the Clan from Singapure,but here the food was more varied. I will definetly come back here.
