Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable and excellent birds of kilmilmanjaro. Best to take cash, as card machine does not always work.

Very safe, practical and comfortable place for starting an exploration of the area. Spontaneous tuktuk tour organized by staff member Gerard to go to the Kili park gate and coffee place :)

The entrance area feels very safe, but a bit like entering a bank vault (i.e. no garden, receptionist located behind iron bars). The road leading to the property is very rough - if possible choose the western approach via Kibosho Rd, not via Sokoine Ave.
