Very good accessibility room. Elevator to breakfast room. Accessible bathroom, high bed with space underneath. 4 steps into the hotel but there is a device to get a wheelchair inside. You can drive close to entrance to unload then park car in free hotel lot. Driving on these hills is challenging but possible.

Montepulciano is a medieval hill town, lovely views of countryside but challenging with lots of steep streets.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable— walking distance to everything we wanted to see. And incredible views! The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommend
