Well located , peaceful, great view

Difficult to find

Magnifique chambre avec bain à remous et une vue exceptionnelle sur Lisbonne (Jacuzzi 2). Le petit déjeuner inclus était très bien et la chambre vraiment confortable.

Je trouvais qu'il manquait d'espace de rangement malgré le fait que la chambre était grande. Le personnel à l'accueil était vraiment gentil, mais les informations qui nous ont été lancées à notre arrivée ont duré longtemps ne servaient à rien "je ne vous conseille pas de visiter telle ou telle chose, mais ne nous donnait aucune autre alternative", "ne prenez pas tel tram, vous allez vous faire juger par les résidents, prenez plutôt tel tram, mais ne savait pas pourquoi il nous recommandait la 2e option". L'accueil a duré plus de 20 min. On était fatigués et on voulait juste aller à notre chambre. Aussi, la veille de notre départ, on avise qu'on quittera tôt le lendemain et on demande un taxi pour l'aéroport à 7h45. Le jour du départ, le taxi est là comme prévu, mais la personne à l'accueil nous avise qu'avoir su qu'on quittait tôt, elle aurait fait préparer un petit déjeuner pour notre chambre avant notre départ. Ça aurait dû être la personne de la veille qui nous le propose, nous le savions pas.

This place is a little piece of heaven. The view from our terrace was the things dreams are made of. The artwork in the hotel is fabulous, the bed comfy, the room spacious, the location perfect, and the staff amazing. All three of the male managers were wonderful and gave excellent recommendations for food and fado, but it was Ruth wo stole our hearts. And Sandra, the tuk tuk guide/driver Ruth found us, was fabulous (apparently I over tipped Sandra and she brought the money back to the hotel to give me. Say what????) . Did I mention the breakfasts at the hotel? It is complimentary and amazing.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Excellent friendly service. Room was great and breakfast superb. A great place would recommend.
