Room with breakfast

Very disappointed..there are rats and cockroaches in the room..lots of rubbish under the beds and shower head leaking. I asked to change room but they fully booked n just help to catch the rat and sprayed the room. We didn't sleep at all.

Room have many cockroaches. Toilet not clean. Disco sound was too laud till 3am.

Room is big

We book for 8 pax but they only give 4 towels. In the booking says there's a sofa bed but there's only a sofa. The room is a bit dusty. The toilet has cockroaches, and the toilet cannot flush. It's very noisy at night because they have a pub on level 3. The breakfast only starts at 8am. It's not suitable for families with children or ladies groups.

Friendly staff. They managed to fix the problems on a reasonable amount of time.

The bad odour from the toilet . Power failure at 3 am. Insects crawling around in the room. Initially , my card was not able to open the room door causing a delay.

Location

Upon my niece’s check-in, the first room provided was found dirty (VD). Even after changing to a second room, the conditions remained the same — the room was dirty, and the lights were not functioning. It is highly unprofessional and unacceptable that the rooms were not properly checked before the guest’s arrival.

There was no single feature of that property that i liked.

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm, at 5:20pm i was still waiting for my room to be ready. Which i received no apology for this delay. Upon entering my room there was no towel, dark stains across the bed lining, no remote for the tv, a broken toilet and overall very tacky considering it is supposed to be 3star. If you are hoping for a relaxing, comfortable nights sleep... Think again. There is a nightclub on the top floor which was no shown on booking.com and the music echoed through the corridors loudly all night. On top of crying children all night and morning and to top off the dreadful night of not sleeping, the staff decided to clean the room opposite mine at 01:00am where they also were listening to loud music of their mobiles. At 7am i got a knock on the door because their staff had not processed the payment properly and by 8am i was ready to get the hell out of there. I 100% will not be staying again nor would i recommend.
