- Rooms smell so bad - toilets aren’t clean at all - bed sheets are not clean There’s a bar on the 3rd floor, you can hear it when you are in your room so… imagine how are you gonna sleep there🤦🏻‍♂️

The staff is helpful

-i found 5 cockroaches in the room during my 3d2n stay -no towel (i asked for towel only they provide to me but the towel is torn and have blacky and browny stains on it) -the room is dirty (lots of scratch and torn wallpaper inside the rooms, lots of holes also in the ceiling - seems like zombies attacked - which is totally different from the picture before booking) -noisy even up to late night because got night club on the 3rd floor (initially my room is on 2nd floor but then moved to 1st floor but still can hear the noise). -on my 2nd day morning, i press “clean up my room” button before i left. At night i came back the room still no tide up. -the wall on the corridor and foyer is dirty, the couch on the foyer was torn and lots of cigarette butt on the floor. The corridor wall have lots of stains. -when i booked the room, it shows the room have window, but the room i got have no window. Totally unfair for me. When i asked the staff at receptionist, the staff turned out blur and have no answer. -i requested an iron and iron board during i place my booking, i am fine if the hotel replied me and mentioned that the hotel have no iron at all. but this hotel never replied me at all, i requested an iron and iron board during check in only then they informed me that the hotel have no iron and iron board. The staff then offered to iron my clothes but turned out it not properly iron and the wrinkles still remains. -The toilet door have lots of white stains on the glass, not sure it is shower gel or human sperm. -the toilet bowl is dirty, both inside and outside of the bowl. -the toilet shower have leakage on it. -the bedsheet and pillow case are torn, seems like burnt from the cigarette ashes. -the breakfast place is super dirty, lots of cigarette butt under the table and under the sofa. -the elevator is dirty, the elevator floor have lots of torn. -the corridor floor is dirty, seems like never mopped. -elevator floor and wall also dirty.

I check in to a family room. The phone cable which is loosen and need someone else to hold it so that can make phone calls. Bathroom got bottle container for bath but is empty, aircond leak and call for assistant service too slow. Asked for iron but the staff did not mentione as when will come and collect it.at midnight, there is a knocking at door for several time.not even introduce himself till ww opened the door.music at bar is too loud till 4am and could'nt sleep. This place is not suitable for family. Feel so dissappointed when the reception no respond after telling all the issue. Will not recommend it.
