"THE WORST HOTEL EVER"

Nothing at all! Terrible!!

The worst hotel that I've ever stayed!! Room was smelly of cigarette smoke, cigarette butts on the toilet floor, bed had stains of blood and liquid, torn paper wall, holes on the ceiling with rats running around, cockroaches everywhere, noisy - online did not mention about a pub, no water - we had to use the water from the sink to bath and ended up with back pain, torn bedsheets, TV has only 2 channels, everywhere was dusty. Not recommended. Malaysians, please dont stay here. The pics are not real.

Staff very efficient & friendly.

Bathroom /toilet very smelly. Housekeeping team not provided good detergent to clean it. We're not comfortable to use Hotel towel, very old.

I WA Ted To swim in the pool but the pool Neelawatura To Clean and vacuum so it look nice and clean. The others thing the night Club above need To be sound proof so it Will stop the noise Of the Music From above, Of that can be stop From the sound noise im sure there be More people would be coming to staf there.
