The staff really need To show smile which i want To smile as a fresh and efek Happy Wholesale im there i padi To staf To be more Happy not bening feeling like im not a guest there and that make me feel like unwelcome.

We book 13 rooms for our company holiday Cant able to sleep as disco bar so so noisy till 4 pm Rooms all very dirty Breakfast supposed serve 8am but still not ready 8.30 am ask for refund but properly refund So we check out without breakfast

- next to a cool pool bar

- insects in the room - no hot water - unbelievably loud roof bar until 3am - dirty - Toilet did not flush

I didn’t like the stay. They promised a gym and a pool online though the pool is like knee-deep and the gym wasn’t free. The first room they put me in didn’t even have a window. After changing rooms I had a window but the bed had hairs on it, little cockroaches on the floor/walls, the wallpaper was coming off and dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine, … the hotel personal wasn’t really helpful and nice as well. Unfortunately.

Absolutely nothing - hotel was dreadful. When I complained they would not give refund and told me to complain to booking.com.

This hotel was 100% appalling. On arrival there was a loud disco above our room. We were advised that the disco would continue to 3am. I had 2 small children with me as it was advertised on booking.com as a family hotel (no mention of a disco in the booking.com advert) they were unable to sleep. The room was filthy, had no curtains for the windows and the wallpaper was ripped all over the walls and the sheets on the bed were dirty. We had booked for 2 nights we checked out the next morning to move to another hotel. We tried to go for breakfast before leaving and there was no breakfast set up!! I was told by the hotel that the disco was for prostitutes. I have never been more outraged with a booking for a hotel on booking.com than this one. Booking.com should be ashamed for the misrepresentation of this hotel on their website and a full refund should be provided to me and all other guests who had experienced the same nightmare.

this hotel is located near universitas sumatra utara and few others university , if you just want to stay here these universities for convenient sake .. is ok .. otherwise , nothing special about it

the cleanliness .. cockroaches is everywhere ...

The hotel not suitable for family stay

Location

Rooftop bar operate until 0400am. Just imagine how am i going to sleep with all the music head banging into my stomach.. The hotel just suitable for couples who drunk after enjoy drinking at rooftop bar or for one night purpose only. Not recommend for family or honeymoon.
