De'Tonga Hotel

During the checkin, i need to rush to the toilet but is out of order. The reception staff allow me to use the room which is the room am going to stay while she process the registration

I booked a family room which is 2 queen bed with my mom and my sister from 29th june 2024 till 7th july 2024. In the room,the phone connection cable loosen and when highlighted this matter the staff aware and yet to be repaired. Not enough towel just 2 and there is a bottle container without any liquid in the bathroom. Coffee and tea only for 1 coz only provide 1 cup and saucer. I requested for ironing and got it after waited more than 30minutes. Am shocked during the midnight heard someone knocking the door.we looked at the keyhole that the stranger still knocking the door. We afraid to open the door coz worries that he is drunk coz i did asked several time who is he but no respond. The minutes myself and my sister open the door,the guy ask for ironing but why at midnight must ask for it. Wall aircond leaked. I aware that there is a bar upstair but my suprise is that the music beat volume too loud till 4am. We could'nt sleep at all and so worried at anytime she could have heart attact due to her condition with pace maker. When i told the reception that i wanna checkout and she stare asking why. I did explained entire story but no reaction from her side. The staff said i could not get my refund or reimburse me back due to the policy and only got my deposit

Difficult to access the card from the safe box coz the numbers are very small

Don't go in this hotel ! It's very durty and there is a discotheque in the last floor. It's very noisy and the wall are shaking by the bass music ! The coktail are not good also. The people smoke inside, we hear the next room ring a lot every one hours.... I change the hotel because impossible to sleep. The music last up 4:00am Really don't go !! How the boss can hosting people in this mess ??

Overall the hotel service and facilities did not need my expectations, I don't recommend this hotel to family , friends and tourists
