Granville House

I was very disappointed with my experience. The property I originally booked had issues with the heating, so I was moved to another property. However, the new place was not clean. The bedding felt itchy, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the heating was controlled by the host, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchenware was dirty, and I had to thoroughly wash everything before using it. This was far from the standard I expected.

Room was comfortable enough and kitchen as well.

Outside space,firstly should have tidied up back area ? Flaked paint all over,would be giving a 'lick' of paint too. Street was very narrow,when managed to get parked you left incase no more available,very rude van driver at entrance on arrival too,no manners of driving.

It was spotlessly clean,in a quiet location and had superb facilities and was very good value for money

The road was very narrow and when we arrived was a bit difficult to park,but that improved after the first day

All the amenities provided were excellent

The door to the house was very loud when you closed it which meant it would disturb other guests in other apartments.

Location brilliant. Apartment is lovely just a few issues. Very clean and everything you need. Hosts where exceptional.

No TV but hosts came and managed to get a channel on. The heating was on but some radiators turned off was cold. Step at the front entrance very high someone could have an accident.

Perfect little apartment, highly recommend! Great location, within 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre and maintained to a high standard. Excellent facilities and very clean!
