Clean, comfortable well equipped apartment.A little distance to York centre but walkable.Bed comfortable in a nice bedroom.Bathroom a little small but not a problem,good shower.

Instructions to strip bed before leaving, not a huge problem but just a little surprised as I've never heard of this before.

Flat was nice and location was good.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was ok but there was a few things missed and I had to unclog the shower drain before the bathroom flooded. Noise from doors in other flats was very loud.

Immaculate and very spacious comfortable accommodation! Very well equipped kitchen and living area upstairs, two great en-suite bedrooms.

Lovely accommodation, with everything that you would need, 10 mins from centre. Highly recommended.

Great location for city centre access, an easy 15 minute walk. It had everything we needed for a good stay and to cook our own meals, espresso machine was a little bonus! Loved that we had our own little garden! And free on street parking is a god send!

Poor communication of check-in instructions (had to call the owner a couple times on arrival). Mattress is really uncomfortable and led to sleepless nights sadly. A lot of the cutlery/plates were dirty on our arrival, as was the living room floor and the garden area. The shower is a real pain to change the temperature.

Lovely apartment, a short walk from the nearest bus stop, with frequent services to York. You can also choose to walk. Tastefully done apartment with an informative guide book for simple housekeeping and getting around York. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The skylights are a nice touch to this bright apartment.

Nothing at all, everything was great!

Very clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to fresh towels. Short walk from Shambles and city centre which was brilliant too. Everything was spot on
