"Excellent stay"

The staff were exceptionally nice and there is a lot of attention to detail. You can tell they really want to make this an excellent experience for their guests. The location was good and within east walking distance to many places.

Bathroom could use some updating, but it was very clean.

The room was outstanding, and the facilities exceeded expectations. A special mention goes to the operations manager, Sanjeewa, whose exceptional service made my mother and aunt's stay truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

"I felt quite well in the Rosmead Place by Thilanka."

The hotel is very beutiful, with lots of art in the lobby, in the rooms and everyware. The personnel, especially the manager Sanjiva and also the "first officer" Norman, were very friendly, helpful, efficient and organized transport for a good price, even after i had alredy left the hotel. The localization is very good, near the Town Hall, the National Museum and the Viharamahadevi Park, and still very calm and quiet, altho it is quite loud in Colombo - almost evryware.

No complaints.

Hospitality and location are exceptional. Staff super friendly and accommodating. I love the cinnamon gardens area. Private rooftop terrace is delightful.

This is a fantastic hotel. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful, especially Sanjeewa. Highly recommended.
