"Exceptional"

Lovely place to stay in Colombo! Sanjeewa's hospitality was second to none. We were lucky to stay in the Durian room at the very top - the air conditioning was great! The room was spacious, modern and clean. Type G (British) sockets feature throughout. Highly recommend and would rebook.

It was a little farther from most of the tourist sites but very cheap to get around and worth it for the quiet!

The staff is excellent! They are the best team that we met in colombo. The manager is extremely caring. Thank you for your hospitality

I loved my stay at Rosmead Place. I spent 8 days in Colombo on a business trip with very long hours, Sanjeewa and his crew made me feel at home! They chatted with me during meals, asked me how my days went and gave me options on things to do during my free time. Their smile and kindness definitely made my stay exceptional. In addition, Rosmead Place is a nice, quite, centric place! Highly highly recommended :)

"A nice place to rest in colombo"

The room was really nice , in a quiet area with a park near by. The stuff was nice and try to help in many ways.

Unfortunately our driver from the airport didn't showed up.

"Loved the hotel and I would definitely stay there again."

Loved the room and decoration. The staff was outstanding and so accommodating, absolutely amazing. The location is also great, it's very close to so many sights and hip parts of Colombo, and it's in a very safe area. The hotel also has a trusted tuk tuk driver for further distances, which worked perfectly for me. I would definitely stay again. I travelled alone as woman but I felt very safe at all times.

The bathroom could be a bit more modern, but definitely ok.
