It wasn't clean, even the toilet flush wasn't working. There were a lot of bugs in the room and the hotel was poorly maintained.

Amazing stay in the jungle.

The customer service was incredible. Very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of.

It was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the free breakfasts were great :)

The location was very nice, somewhat isolated in the jungle, close to lots of interesting places, staff are friendly and the breakfast was great

This seems to be a party-location, stayed here for 2 nights, both nights there were parties, loud music and noise keeping us awake until 5am and 4am respectively. One night I could accept as a one-off, but there being a different group partying the second night makes me feel like this is just a place where groups go to party, so would not recommend to anyone who values their sleep.

Jungle location albeit more remote than we thought. Overall site.

Soft bed and pillows. There were no other guests on 1st night - our bad luck I guess. Difficult communicating with staff on arrival. 2nd night better when a member of the owning family arrived.

Lovely hotel and room with friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast "refill" coffee, and having to pay to get a better one. Pool could be cleaned better - chlorine from pool floater present.

As soon as you step in, you feel immersed in nature and that's what we were looking for. If staying here, prepare yourself for a different stay than in a hotel. We loved the set up, the birds singing in the evening and early morning. The decor!! Enjoyed using the kitchen in the evening. Federico set up the grill for us. Make sure you buy everything before arriving at the hotel.

It is quite a road, a good 35 minutes from Puerto Morelos. Once the sun sets, it's pitch dark on the road so make sure you arrive earlier and have everything you need for cooking with you as there is nothing close or reachable within 30-35 minutes of driving.
