Amazing looking place. You can take some very good photos there. It's in the middle of the jungle, so a lot of animal noises all around. And you can spot some beautiful butterflies.

When you look a little closer, you can see that some of the houses are falling apart a bit. For example, one side of the sliding doors was completely stuck, and there was a big gap in between. The bed was very small for two people

The place is absolutely gorgeous, with amazing design, lighting and nature

Everything was extremely moldy, with entire surfaces completely covered in mold. The bedding was damp. Of course, this is a stay in the middle of the jungle but perhaps the building materials or methods chosen aren’t suited to the environment

Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful interior and secluded place. On the patio there are many different chairs and sunbeds. The common kitchen has everything you need. Convenient location, compared to other hotels and in the depths of the jungle. We would definitely come back to this place!

It’s one of the most beautiful and intricate accommodations we stayed in, around the Yucatán peninsula. We were alone on the property and the staff was very nice and prepared a delicious breakfast.

You are in the middle of the jungle so there are mosquitos and bugs - but not too many and something to get used to 😅

A lot of effort in the decor and ambience

Breakfast was very very basic. Small portion of Eggs and beans and tortillas. No choice

We were the only ones staying at the time! We were made to feel welcome and it is a truly magical place! Thank you

Beautiful and comfortable! The only qualm is that it is far from establishments (grocery, restaurant)

Distance from other things, but that’s part of the eco experience

- one of the most beautiful and consistently decorated places I've ever visited - great staff - kitchen to use - yoga studio for self use - in middle of nature - great and easy communication with staff

- pool cold (solar heating?) - breakfast selection limited (no options/questions). Just eggs with sausage and beans
