"Amazing hidden gem"

The wooden house is absolutely beautiful. The place is very cozy, with lots of trees and flowers. In the morning you wake up hearing birds. the bed is super comfy and the hot shower outside was just amazing after a day out diving in the sea. Mexican breakfast was delicious and I was very nicely welcome. a hidden gem to visit for sure !

Unique funky jungle accommodation, with interesting swinging lounge couch and hammocks. Very nice staff. good breakfast.

Toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor so rocked when you sat on it. The sink, although cool being made of wood, needed propping up - didn’t drain properly. We were told the restaurant would be open for dinner but when we arrived it wasn’t. We were very tired and hungry and didn’t want to have to drive into the nearby town for dinner. Also very hard to find in the dark as there’s no sign.

Everything was above and beyond. Sian and Enrique prepared an amazing dinner and made us juice and a fire. Truly a divine space to be, and we were treated so well. Also there were hardly any bugs, which is a miracle considering we were very much in the jungle. Also it was on the same road as quite a few cenotes which is a great alternative to being by the beach.

Location and quirkiness.

No lock on our door so didn’t feel safe at night or for our belongings during the day. No hot water or water pressure. The room leaked over night during a rain storm so our suitcases where wet for checking out the next day. Bathroom smelled of stagnant water.

"wondrous place with love"

A phenomenal oasis in the middle of the jungle. A wonderful stay with even better staff, Margarita and Enrique made the time enjoyable. Everything you need is at your fingertips.

Nothing at all! Just be prepared to be outside. Also catch it during down season.
