The customer service was subpar. The room smelled very bad like mildew or something and the room wasn’t very nice in terms of maintenance nor did it appear very clean. When we walked in there were a few potato chips on the floor.

Nothing!

They say they are a hotel but they own some suites in a hotel. There is no one who answers the phone. There is no sign on the building. You walk around aimless for someone to help you. Very miserable experience. I feel scammed.

"Excellent Apartments, great location"

Superb apartments very close to Miami Beach and just 3 mins from the strip (restaurants). Apartment was well appointed, good layout, spacious and good sized veranda. Walk-in shower was great: good water flow, consistent temp. Used pool daily which is an excellent length, and has a great 10 person jacuzzi. Daily comms from SBV to check all was well and offering advice - this was great! Will come back.

Comfortable

Jacuzzi jets did not work. Hotel swimming pool were out of service. Shower water was like warm not hot. Photos from website are not up to date.

"Not a hotel!"

Not really a hotel. They sublet out of another hotel so the front desk can’t help you and you don’t get the same benefits as being in a hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb. The unit is nice and spacious. Location is convenient.

Would not stay here again. Rooms were not in great condition, jacuzzi was completely unusable. The process of booking through SBV is different than a hotel yet is represented as one. Z Ocean is the hotel, but your amenities will not be connected to the hotel. This became a problem after check out, when we left a bag in our room. The hotel was not able to provide a key or reopen the door. A simple process became more complicated and time consuming. Would never book this property because there are better options in the area, but if you do stay here, I’d personally recommend booking through the hotel.

"Just what I needed."

Didn’t have it.

Facilities in the building could’ve been better—trouble either the elevator, ice machine didn’t work, no signs to the pool.
