SBV Luxury Ocean Hotel Suites

Very confusing to find room. The room is a separate room within the hotel. The hotel staff knew nothing about how to get in the room. Had to text and wait around for code to get in. The check in process took about an hour and a half to get everything sorted. Room was just ok. View nice.

The balcony was nice and the location was quiet and relaxing. The room space was great.

It needed to be cleaned a whole lot better! The floors weren’t clean the drapes were filthy. The linen was questionable. The TV functionality was bad. Broken remotes.

There was no staff for checkin , hotubs in the penthouse does not work and the shower does not have hot water and was not a bedroom or ocean front as described.

It takes over an hour to check in. They know how to take the reservation…. If you call you get support from India. It’s an Airbnb with NO service. Nobody calls back, buggy website, and no code to open the door. That’s the problem: you can’t get in. Stay away from these folks. After 15 minutes you find yourself with 4 more guest waiting for the code…. Pay a few bucks more and get real service

This place is a horrible. I had reserved this room to find out the hard way. I had left and rented something else after opening the door. I had found bed bugs, roaches, hair all over the bed and bathroom, very unsanitary, hot tub doesn't work, shower nasty, no communication will any staff members besides a little texting, they ignore your concern and needs. Like i said earlier i had to leave and find something else. After me finding the things i was still focused to pay with no refund at all not even a sorry from any one associated with SBV. This is not a luxury hotel it's just all lies and false advertising to get you to commit and then they take your money and leave you with no options. You don't even have a accurate way to unload your belongings along with no parking unless you pay $50.00 per day at a different hotel. Take my warnings and stay away. They had taken almost $1,200.00 from my card and no matter what the situation nor what you find or see in their rooms you will not receive 1 dime back. So save yourself time and money and stress and stay away and do more research. I would never ever stay there.

Absolutely love the location, the pool and hot tub were fabulous, Best shower we've ever had. I Highly Recommend to everyone and we will be back for sure!

The unit condition was not great. Needs updates communication from desk. not helpful. Jacuzzi jets don’t work. Bathroom tiles falling from the wall dusty shelves, damage shelves, no ice in the unit and dirty walls paint come off from the walls

For the price it could have had more privacy in the balcony areas. Especially in the jacuzzi area yes it was curtains but still not enough privacy
