SBV Luxury Ocean Hotel Suites

Excellent room/bathroom design and the roof top balcony was the icing on the cake.

My roof top balcony didn't have a cover like in the pics and the hot tub was just that, a hot tub, no Jacuzzi jets. The sliding glass bathroom door also has a defect and needs a stopper, it cut my finger.

My suite was clean and spacious. It also had a great decor/setup. The building itself is a little dated but everything on Southbeach is, so I wasn’t surprised. The pool area is a little dingy, but I’ve seen worse. Great location, and perfect access to the beach.

The front desk is sketchy and the fact that it takes forever for the SBV reception to respond with your room number and code to use. I was unaware that I was booking an “air bnb”, so the hotel clerk was unable to help me. Once I finally got in touch, I was please with the suite itself. It looks just like the picture.

It was perfect but I didn't like the fact the it says it has a hot tub and when u go up the stairs and fill it up the jets don't work and to me I kinda felt like I was ripped off a bit because of that other that everything was great

It was an amazing room very specious we love it definitely recommend!

The balcony facing the pool it’s more for families with kids.

PH-04 had a nice partial view of the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. Only hiccup with the room I had was that the upper deck had zero shade during the day. Was great for my wife, but I had to hide down stairs. Would definitely book it again.

The location is great near the beach and attractions. The room was above expectations. I liked very much the ambiance and terrace.

I ordered an ocean view room and got a city view I messaged the owner got no response

This is a bait and switch 'hotel' DO NOT STAY here. They are rude. They do now answer their phones. They said I would receive a refund for the room I was not promised. (an ocean view that was literally in a DARK corner surrounded by other suits balconies. No Privacy. No ocean view. No Ocean Drive view. Nothing like the pictures. The rooms are old and dirty. Pay a bit more and stay at a real hotel. This was nonrefundable but it was so bad I had to switch hotels. They promised a refund but now that I disputed they say there will be extra charges because I disputed. STAY AWAY!
