Room size. Bathroom. Location. And balcony size.

Bad order in the hallway that kinda came in the room

Location & our view! Cleanliness! Room design. Amenities (nespresso! hot tub! slippers and robes, plenty of towels; TVs all working well). Comfortable bed.

Water temp couldn't be regulated well (HOT waaaay too hot). Such a nice design of an old classic building and spaces, but shabby in some details (wall paper stained, old; shower door handle rickety) - not critical, just disappointing.

Checkin was most complicated. WhatsApp communication at midnight is not what we expected. Next day in the morning we had no water to take a shower or to use the toilet.

The hotel is named something else and the security call it a Airbnb even tho it says hotel , they say ocean view but forgot to mention u need xray vision to see the ocean because it’s blocked by buildings and stores and upon checking in I was greeted by a random lady who was under a blanket in the lobby turned out it was security and after explaining how the elevator worked she walked us back outside to show us the bar and restaurant we had already passed just to bring us back and finally let us go to the room so we can use the bathroom just to come back down and expect a tip from us

The location

Worst hotel I stayed at for the price. For $2100 for the penthouse and the air barely works( didn't get lower than 75°F). And right after I booked they sent a message telling me the spa tub doesn't work. The place just looked old and dirty. Hallway was even hot. All the glassware was dirty. The bar downstairs was surrounded by a family of gnats. We just got tired of it all and booked another hotel by our 2nd night. Please go to the fountainbleau or Abae hotel if u want to get ur money worth. Frankly, Booking.com should be ashamed of having them on their site 💁🏾
