This is my first time doing contactless check in. It went pretty. Smooth. The security guard was immediately available. The room lock worked as instructed. No issues.

"It was over all good."

It was a great location and very clean.

Checking in was confusing. It is not an actual hotel which we didn’t realize. We couldn’t open up the door to the balcony.

The gentleman who greeted us fromt the business in the building. He was very welcoming, great personality.

The room was very warm upon arrival and we couldnt get the thermostat to work to cool it down.

The air conditioning was broken in our room and there was no one on site or by phone that could help us resolve the problem. the only hotel staff on site said that because i booked through this website, and he couldn’t help me…it was over 82 in the room all night. i do not recommend this hotel or this website to book vacations.

At first I thought the price was too good to be true but it was everything I wanted and more! We were there to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and she gave it a 10/10! In her word, “it was lit!”
