"Cute town, Irish experience "

6.0

Room wasn’t terribly clean, but acceptable. It’s a beautiful drive to Cloghane, but be aware there is pretty much nothing else in this small town. As far as an authentic Irish experience, it delivers!

Such a lovely place to stay. A large room with a magical view of the shore. There was music as well in the evening in the bar

The description of the property makes it sound like it's a golf resort and spa. It's really a small hotel as part of a bar right downtown. The building was very cute, and convenient with parking in the back. Either we were too tired to notice, or the bar sounds and music didn't distract us too much. The room was a little dingy, but a good size with plenty of space for 3 people and luggage. The staff were nice; however, when we had issues with the radiator, they said they were getting someone to come look, but no one ever showed up. There was also a blown outlet with a burnt powerstrip and extension cord plugged in.

Went on a wonderful hike just across the road walked with the sheep beside the creek, and saw the Three Standing Stones.

Appreciated that we were given a free upgrade to a larger room with sea views. The guest house / bar was rustic.

The room was rustic, authentic, rural Ireland. Everyone was friendly including the owner who told a story about his pub. The breakfast was very good.

"Correct mais salle de bain à refaire "

6.0
