We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sealofts On The Beach! Nestled right in Frigate Bay and next door started the area of great local restaurants, groceries, and a 10-minute walk to "The Strip" where there are another series of restaurants and bars; open air and indoor. This is the hang-out area. Our property manager was Joyce with Caribbean Paradise Realty and she was the best!! Very communicative before we arrived, during our stay, and even a follow-up after we checked out. She made the entire process flow so smoothly. There were zero issues or concerns. We love her personality! She also lined up a driver for us from the airport. Our unit was well-stocked and had all the amenities we needed. All we did was secure groceries from some very close 2-minute walk stores. The beds and sofas were comfortable and accommodating for us all. We a unit with regular stairs. The entire complex was peaceful and quiet. One of the best features of the trip was the native islanders (Kittitians). Super nice, helpful, and "Rush Slowly", lol, you'll get what that means when you are on the island! True Caribbean here, not "touristy". The locals are amazing.

We didn't like the fact we had to leave.

Joyce was very helpful and accessible when needed. The pool and surroundings were clean and very peaceful.

The spiral stairs are a bit narrow.

Great location, peaceful clean and within proximity of supermarkets restaurants the strip and taxi stand. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I visit ST. Kitts.

The winding narrow stairs in our condo is not for anyone with knee issues. I think it can use a bit of modernization in the future.

The property was spacious and well thought out. The facilities worked so well for us. Our stay was 3 weeks so having the washing machine and kitchen was invaluable to us.

Nothing to dislike although the spiral staircase took some getting used to.
