The rooms were nice and spacious. Pools were nice- but water was too cold for winter.

Need at least one more a la carte restaurant based on the size of the resort. Perhaps change the club near the tea house to a Japanese Teppanyaki? Also- many of the menu items from the app listing were really not available. Beach was not well maintained. Property overall was under- staffed- maybe that’s why the Mexican and Italian restaurants did not have enough tables and chairs in those spaces. Pool and had wasted space and could have more chaise loungers and seating options. Buffett had entire stations that did not offer didn’t food options- there is an Asian option that was always closed as well as a pizza oven that was never used. Lastly- we have been to many all inclusive resorts and we have NEVER had to pay for non motorized water sports!

Kids room, trampoline park and play area were well done. Too bad the video games didn't seem to work

Primarily, the food wasn't as good as other resorts that we've stayed at. The hotel was definitely understaffed - no staff working at the pool, long lines to get into every restaurant (sometimes 1 hour+), no reservations in most restaurants, not enough people at the front desk, room service, etc. And one thing that really bothered us was the sun chairs were being held by people as early as 6am, by 8am there were no sun chairs and no one to help manage this. Unfortunately the ocean wasn't swimmable due to seaweed. Just 30 mins down the road beaches were pristine so I think this is perhaps just a function of a bad location

The hotel was clean. Rooms and common areas were well maintained and cleaned regularly.

Very disappointing experience — would not recommend, especially for families with children Unfortunately, our stay at Sensira Spa & Resort was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue by far was the food. The buffet has a very limited selection, with almost nothing suitable for children. There is absolutely no variety — during our 6-night stay, sushi was served only once, and it honestly felt like leftovers from the previous night’s seafood dinner. What is truly unacceptable is how the hotel handles food allergies. Every single day before seating us, staff ask whether there are any allergies. We always clearly stated that our child has a severe nut allergy, including peanuts. Yet despite this, the only ice cream available for children was vanilla ice cream containing crushed PEANUTS. There were no warning signs, no labels, no allergen information whatsoever. Our child, who is allergic, touched this ice cream with the tip of his tongue before we realized what it contained. Thankfully, he did not take a bite or swallow it — otherwise we would have had to use an EpiPen immediately. This could have turned into a medical emergency. This level of negligence is extremely dangerous and unacceptable, especially for a resort that claims to be family-friendly. Another daily frustration was the constant waiting. Every morning we had to stand in line for 20 minutes just to get into the buffet, clearly due to a lack of staff. Then another 20 minutes to get towels and secure a spot by the pool. This completely ruined any sense of relaxation. We also had serious issues with our room. We paid for a sea view, but were given a pool view with only a tiny strip of ocean visible. It took three days of repeatedly asking before our room was finally changed. We were also celebrating a special occasion — my husband’s birthday. The hotel promised a surprise or some kind of gesture, but nothing at all was done. The ocean was very dirty, and this was not due to seaweed.

Clean, manageable size, great food, nice restaurants, great for families and very nice service. Great facilities for kids. Great rooms.

Although sand was clear, sea water wasn’t as clear as the pictures.

Not variety of food, to basic compared with the price.

Kids activities amazing. Food good for most part except breakfast.

Inconsistent messaging with reservations restaurants. Some nights couldn’t get anything even though it wasn’t busy.

That is was close to the property I needed to get to.

It was so loud with music all day long and a bunch of screaming kids. Also the service was mediocre at best.
