La atension del mesero en el bar de la alberca, nos atendio oliver, super atento y siempre al pendiente y en el snack bar de la playa nos atendio gaby. Super rapida, atenta y siempre con una sonrisa.

Que como teniamos "poco" equipaje. El hombre encargado de llevar el equipaje a la habitacion nos dijo llevenlo ustedes y nos cargo a 2 personas con 6 bultos sin ruedas por que sino se demoraria bastante en llevarlo el.

Hotel jako budynek jest w miarę nowy i jest czysty, pokoje są w porządku, w szczególności te z wanną z hydromasażem z widokiem na morze.

Hotel nie spełnia standardów 5 gwiazdek, niestety brakuje mu właściwej kuchni, obsługi i atmosfery, jaka powinna panować w 5-gwiazdkowym hotelu. 1) wyżywienie - oceniłabym na hotel 3,5 gwiazdkowy, restauracja La pergola przypomina bardziej stołówkę - wszystko w niej jest, ale nic pysznego, nic doprawionego, nic udekorowanego. Do tego jest bardzo głośno - trzeba po prostu przeprojektować tę salę i zrobić w niej strefy. Skandalem jest to, że w środę wieczorem główna restauracja w tak dużym hotelu nie działała … nie było gdzie wyżywić gości, więc zamówiliśmy hamburgery do pokoju… zazwyczaj nie jemy takich rzeczy, ale nie było wyboru 2) obsługa - 95% obsługi się nie uśmiecha, a nawet nie widać żeby ze sobą rozmawiali. Wszystko idzie powoli. Tej obsługi jest za mało, albo jest niewyszkolona. Jest bardzo miły kelner na plaży, kelner w plażowym snack barze i tyle. 3) brak informacji - mimo że mieliśmy opiekuna przypisanego do pokoju, to nie dostaliśmy zbyt wielu informacji o resorcie 4) kids club - pomieszczenie klubu pachnie wilgocią i klimatyzacja nastawiona jest chyba na 18 stopni, opiekunki siedzą w polarach.. syn był tam w kurtce 2 godziny i więcej nie poszedł. Dzieci nie wychodzą z opiekunkami na zewnątrz.. porażka. 5) droga do hotelu - dziury jak kratery, każdy samochód zawadzał podwoziem, aż ciężko było się wydostać z tego hotelu 6) nie ma gdzie spacerować poza hotelem (z wyjątkiem spaceru po plaży, w kierunku północy jest możliwy i przyjemny) 7) ubiór gości hotelowych - nie zjesz tam żadnej eleganckiej kolacji, zapomnij 8) wodorosty w wodzie morskiej, ani razu nie weszliśmy do morza przed hotelem.

The Mexican restaurant is not tasty. Buffet lacks variety The beach is full of seaweed, and is brown like Canadian lake water.

The view from my room Was pretty . The staff was nice .

Buffet food was always cold . Mixed communication on trying to book restaurant reservations . They never had pool towels mid day . Had to wait for 1 or 2 hours for a clean towel . My bathroom shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom. Waited hours to get towels to dry it up . My husband had to walk down and get stern with manager . We wanted it dried up and more towels to take a shower on our 1st night of arrival . O yeah the worst road to drive into . Potholes right in front of the hotel and around the corner. Horrible horrible road . Very tacky !!

Room & view were the only thing we liked. Oh the gentleman/waiter who was the coordinator for the New Year’s Eve dinner I had ordered for the 4 adults & 1 child was the best host in the entire hotel! This guy needs to be promoted to a position of leadership!

Based on my room rate I had a personal concierge who was never available until the last day when he offered his services w/an attitude. A really rude attitude. No one answered the phone ever. The reception nor concierge nor housekeeping. Pool service sucked and the waiters never smiled; seemingly very indifferent. The pool was freezing cold. Albeit the sargasso was bad, which I can understand that’s not a hotel issue, but the staff in general were very unfriendly and impatient. The cafeteria had the best food and yes only there were the servers amicable. The food in the Italian restaurant was truly not good.
