Nice rooms and a nice pool. Staff that tries to help in every way.

Apparently we arrived at a busy time, it was impossible to find a place to sit by the pool, people get up at 6 am and take up all the places around the pool and when you come on vacation you want to enjoy and rest and not feel like you came to fight for a place to sit, beyond that the buffet was always a dirty mess and the trays were empty or almost empty, at breakfast there is more food suitable for lunch than for breakfast, barely any pastries, let alone cereal. Very disappointing The beach is full of seaweed in an unusual section. You can't step on the beach, certainly not into the water. So all the beds on the beach are unused because the beach is really bad.

El hotel tiene muchos servicios para pasar la estadía sin tener que salir.

La playa tenia sargazo. No pudimos disfrutar de ella y al recogerlo lo tiraban al lado del hotel lo que generaba un olor muy fuerte en todos los espacios descubiertos del hotel.

The resort has great kid activities and also the kids club was good

The resort works well and offer good services only when is less than half capacity. When it’s full the service can be pretty bad, especially at the restaurants and pools. The beach was full of algae and the hotel doesn’t clean it. I was disappointed since it’s claimed as a 5 stars, I was expecting beach cleaning everyday and better services overall. The drinks quality was not good, very cheap quality and the food decent but not exceptional.
