The food and drinks were really good, good pools with lots of sunbeds, very close to private beach, safety very good.

Check-in. We arrived 1.5 hours early and initially they wanted us to wait outside of the gate on the street (which is not safe at all). After a lot of discussion (in spanish) they had us wait in the overcrowded lobby for nearly two hours only to tell us that the room wasn't ready but we could finally get some food. To finish it off they read off how much every lost towel would be charged. All in all the kind of treatment you expect at a cheap hotel for 16 year olds on Ibiza, not a fancy resort. The rest of our stay was really good and checkout went a lot better, but I still do not think we will go back there.
