The food was good but you need to hire more people with different language skills.

Better service/ water in fridge/ We had no fridge no bottle water. Gym opened at 10 -6 it was open too late and closed early. You should hire professional entertainment.

The place is in very bad condition. The staff doesn’t attend your request. The food is bad. The shows are bad and boring. The final years event was so boring. The food at snak bar was bad poor ingredients and variety.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Royal DeCameron. Security, a variety of dining options, family friendly, etc. However, if you have a light sleep, it'd be a little hard since there's music until about 2 am (at the disco) and people start working very early. Thus, if they'd invest in room isolation, that would be great. Moreover, I don't recommend leaving your valuables without security. Use the safe or carry your lock if you don't want to have a bitter experience.

Not allowed to make reservations for the restaurant the first night. Told to make reservations the next day, but by 7:30am it is already not possible to make reservations again. Essentially you can’t eat at the restaurant. Buffet food is average low. Drinks are served in tiny cups, maybe half of a regular drink. Only a few cocktails on the menu and can’t serve anything else. I had to pay adult price for my kids even if they don’t drink and they can’t even have a virgin piña colada or daiquiri because “it’s not available”. I almost ever write reviews but this is pretty ridiculous for the price compared with other options in this country.
