Private beach is great but small all things considered

Annoying sales people trying to waste your time and sell a membership non stop. Check in and Check out were a mess.

The variety of food you offer was good.

Maybe the check in time, we had to wait 3 hours at the highway. The booking restaurant was a limit for 4 families. We couldn’t enjoy it.

Solanda check me in at 3pm I specifically told her that my room was the one with the ocean view since it was my anniversary we booked our room. We booked two rooms one for my parents and one for myself and my husband Solanda said that both rooms are Oceanview I said OK that’s fine so with so we check in at 3 PM and I would think the room was ready at three, but she said the room was not ready yet. They have until 530. He was the room because that does the policy was I was very upset because we travel . Eight hours to get there we were very tired. We just went to take a shower and go to the pool but since the room was not ready, we have to wait Until the room was ready, we waited one hour and 50 minutes To get a room when I got to my room, my room was not ocean view. I was very upset and I called the agency that booked my hotel. She told me that she spoke with Oscar He said to go to the reception I asked for the room change when I went to the reception the same girl that check in said that that they don’t have any rooms available for me that day and the next day I was very upset, but I was not gonna ruin my day anymore so I just left there was the first time that I went to a resort that they did that did not give me the room that I had paid for and that I wouldn’t when you check in at three. The room is not ready. We travel all over the resorts, and this is the first time that I asked for the general manager, but she was too busy to speak to me , I didn’t receive from anybody too bad that this happened in my own country

The checking with 1 hr of delay, 1:30 hr to be able to enter the hotel, the room is delivered with 2 hrs of delay you lose the entire first afternoon. Very small and uncomfortable room, it does not adjust value for money. They ration the drinks and some even have schedules

Nothing opens at the resort until 10 AM. They have all the pools closed as well as all the entertainment and the gymnasium. The food is very bland and mediocre at best. The staff was very nice and friendly. There are too many rules things are not open. I couldn’t even get a taxi until 8:30 AM in the morning because the person at the front desk was unable to order one. Not a good experience.

All is OK y a nice place.

There is not much to like unfortunately. I am very accommodating and I can make dues with cheap hotels . I have stay in 1-2 stars hotel to 5 stars hotels all over the USA and the world. This place tries to act like a 5 star facility but it is at best a 3 star and that is being generous .

The food is poor quality the variety is low and taste similar to a cheap 1-2 star restaurant. The buffet is awful with poor service by staff. The quality of food is just insane for a place that charges 500 a day. The royal Decameron does not come close to some resorts that charge that much like the hyatt or Rui. The a la carte restaurant are the same level of quality as the buffet restaurant. It is impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants- you have to make one between 8:00 - 8:30 am. It gets full fast. They should pre assigned reservations . The facility is back in the old age. They use keys still. You have to fill out a form to leave the facility and show it to return to the facility at the security guard. I appreciate all the security but there are easier secure ways for easier exit and entry to the facility in 2025. The rooms are similar to a motel 6 in the USA . In other words, 1-2 star hotel. The entertainment is anemic and silly. This place needs a new administration and in dire need for improvement. Ironically they feel like they are a premier resort which is laughable. The gym is open 11am - 6 pm - It should be open 24 / 7 . The staff do not seem happy and have grumpy faces . They do provide the service they are hire for but a smile would be nice . The fast food restaurant has minimal variety and poor quality. They are not very accommodating when ask for something that has with minimal request or change. For example a bowl of popcorn was denied because that goes with the ceviche. There are tons of those bowls available and I did not want a ceviche. The alcohol beverages were poor quality and minimal alcohol. I always asked for a shot of the liquor so I could added to my drink. All the frozen drinks are premade and poor quality. They are not fresh. At a Hyatt or Rui they make it from scratch in front of you. The bar is open until 2 am but frozen drinks stop at 10 pm. What kind of childplay is that.

The Bar service is awful, the menue is just too simple ,there is no variety and do not offfer any citrics or fruits on it! the alcohol drinks quality is terrible!! drinks like tequila ,ron ,vodka and wiskey are so bad that ruin the drinks and their taste... Seriously you need more qualified employers for the bar such a bartender with experience and a BETTER bar menue with GOOD QUALITY DRINKS
