Royal Decameron Punta Centinela - All Inclusive

The beach was nice. The bathroom was old an unsafe. Also in the dining area there 3 big cats running around loose as they pleased. That was disgusting for me. I did not know they would let cats run aorund looking for food in the dining area. This was very unconfortable for me.

Everything is excellent , very nice service

Overrated place, no wifi at all, bad all inclusive service, all rooms with broken AC , for the price is a very bad choice. Will never recommend or come back again

El hotel está descuidado, muchas cosas ya deben renovarse, la comida es mala, algunos platos de sienten incluso guardados, el servicio regular, limpieza deja mucho que desear (vajilla sucia, cuartos con mal olor) y nuestra estadía fue fatal, estaban unos estudiantes del Liceo de Loja, que hacían tremendo escándalo hasta altas horas de la madrugada, tomaban, fumaban en pasillos y piscina (algo supuestamente prohibido), nos quejamos en recepción porque a los chicos les parecía “súper divertido” gritar en los pasillos y tocar la puerta cuando veían el rótulo de no molestar y despertaron en 4 ocasiones a mi hija de 1 año!! Sin mencionar que intentaron abrir la habitación. La persona de seguridad supuestamente me iba a llamar, algo que hasta ahora no sucede. Para no volver y de plano no recomendar a nadie que vaya. No vale la pena el hotel

It had a nice beach and the staff were great.

The hotel was dated. There was no fridge with bottled water in the room, no coffee maker, no iron. The windows were single pane glass so all the noise from the three bars were heard in the room. There were also younger guests carrying personal boom boxes to the pools to play thier owm music louder than the bar music. We had 2 nights with parties in the room next to us that the hotel had to break up after 3:00 am and then we had people knocking on our door looking for the party. There were more than 20 people in the room at the party. The party guests then walked in the halls yelling back and forth to each other. These guest left and the next night we were next to a guest that left thier tv on very loud (we could hear the words in our room) all night. So 3 of the 6 nights with very little sleep. There is no shuttle back and forth to town if you want to shop. The food was ok but not great. This was the worst all inclusive we have ever stayed at.

Booking of the a la carte restaurants and having to pre-book meals.

A very nice place. Our room was comfy, and close to the pool. The staff is very professional, especially, Paola from the Decameron Explorer desk. We really enjoyed our vacation.

A language barrier. Most staff doesn't speak English. Luckily, I now a little Spanish, so we didn't have much problem
