InTown Suites Extended Stay Salt Lake City UT - Midvale

Bait & Switch, They knew they were a scam because they made you pay upfront and when you got to your room it was nothing like the photos they posted online. I didn't feel safe my entire trip but couldn't afford to change hotels because I had already pre-paid and they said no refunds. Now I know why. It was loud and noisy, people were smoking dope. They only cleaned once per week, there was no Toilet paper, Tissues or paper towels, no kitchen supplies, the bath towels were like a thin hand towels.

This is as advertised unlike motel 6 in lehi where they claimed they were an extend a stay but they really aren't the there was a closet with a bed and toilet .... So In town has far exceeded our expectations.... I would definitely stay here again in the future......

I loved the corner room because it had windows on 2 sides and it let in a bunch of natural light

1. The size of the kitchen (too small). 2. The GM's attitude sucks after you check in. 3. The bed was almost as hard as a rock. 4. The hallways were kind of dark they need more lighting down the hallways. 5. They do not give keys to your children.

THE PERSON AT THE FROUNT DESK WAS RUDE AND Unreasonable. She would not listen to anything. We had to say and she got upset because my kids were a little loud but as I walked down the hallway, you could hear everybody play in their TV or coughing or flushing a toilet at what you couldn't not hear what was going on in the room. The whole place was paid for thin walls. But yet she wanted us to be perfectly quiet. We have stayed in many places in the last little while and we never had an issue with any of the other places. Stayed so this lady was just being unreasonable and rude. She didn't give us any of our money back even though we left after we ever even slept there. We didn't even stay there one night because of her attitude. And she refused to give us money back for a week. It was a week and a day. That she kept the money for over $600 and found a reason to make a LEAVE by being rude and arguing and bullying.

No breakfast. Pretty quiet.

WiFi not fast at all. Run a lot of gaming and esport stuff. Couldn’t do any of that.
