Everything was good for my stay

Nothing staff was rude right out the gates I arrived very exhausted ready to get my room and rest but first thing she said due to my red eyes and me asking to see the different room options she refuses to let me check in and said I wouldn't be charged for the week that I booked but will be charged for one nights rate I will not go back

I have a disability! The manager Margaret suggested I go to Dollar General Store to purchase garbage bags! I won't go any further; except to say, I really can't understand why a staffer with this hotel is so bitter and intrusive! Keep up the good work Margaret! I'm certain you'll have your employment terminated at your pace! You should realize being ultra bitchy pushes business away! I can't believe there's people like you in this world! Life is miserable enough without people like you!!!

The manager was very professional and very helpful she made me feel safe and explained all the rules here and gave me the information I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Size of room

Safe and clean.

Great location with easy access to TRAX train and ski bus. Staff was very helpful and service minded.

I had expected that kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pans etc) would be included. Had to go to a second hand store and buy the necessary stuff. Bathroom needed renovation.

Our stay has been very good
