Perfect location

Excellent hotel. We arrived late but were greeted and taken straight to our room, which was very nice. Great service. With its own cenote, very cozy and comfortable. Thank you very much to Tanya, very nice and ready to help with any request (taxi, restaurant booking, excursion booking). Very fast and professional👍. I recommend.

Most beautiful rooms ever! Lovely gardens and super friendly staff. Swimming in the Cenote, with separate area for hotel guests, is very nice.

Not much, just be aware that the hotel has no restaurant but one can use the restaurant next door.

Great property, amazing service and a spacious room. Access to other beach clubs and the private cenote was quite special. Overall, highly recommend the property especially due to the friendly nature of the staff (Tania and Franco) who were always responsive anytime of the day

Despite being very comfortable, the hotel is embedded in nature and even has its own cenote, which made the experience so relaxing.

The property and room were beautiful but the description was misleading. There were only 2 bedrooms also the window in the bathroom was broken previously and was replaced with wood planks and a shade. Because of this bugs constantly got into the room.
