"Beautiful oasis in the heart of Tulum with top tier customer service"

Whatever you do.. book your stay here!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we were treated with amazing customer service and a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking, it’s like you’re in a jungle bungalow. Not to mention the PRIVATE cenote that has the most amazing views. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was free coffee everyday. What truly made our trip memorable was the front desk worker, Alfonso. He went above and beyond to make our stay incredible: giving us countless of recommendations and activities to do. If you need anything at all (snorkels, towels, car service, etc) he will be there for you. It was my birthday and they made it so special for me! Karina made sure our room was in perfection condition everyday as well. The location of the hotel was perfect for our group as we were close to really nice cafes, shops and beach clubs. We never had to take a taxi or a car if we were staying within the Tulum beach area Thank you so much Casa Teka, we miss you already!!

"A magical stay in the mangroves of Tulum."

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Teka. From the staff, the location and the beautiful grounds our vacation was magical. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

My only complaint was the bathroom shower. It had a leak and one day they came a fixed the drywall while we were out. We arrived back to the room and had to wait for it to be finished. The drywall board was installed, but it wasn’t completely finished. The shower definitely needs to be updated.

Great location, amazing facility, cenote is big plus very relaxing and coveninent. Stuff is doing great job, Tania was very helpful during our stay.

Breakfast is not included but its advertise as it is. Beachfront access is only through other hotels- not free apartm from Deleck.

Absolutely loved Casa Teka. The natural feel of the place was really cool, and the cenote/pool was an interesting touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and they kept our toom exceptionally clean during our stay. The location was great for walkng all around the beach area. Would definitely recommend
