Clean and reasonable price good location

the location is great for my needs, good food around and close to the center

1) super humid because its on the ground floor (maybe other rooms are better) 2) no light in the room 3) the sink is leaking 4) the shower isn’t working properly and hot water isn’t always hot 5) the light outside can’t be turned off, so at night it’s hard to sleep 6) was there on the weekend and the night club was loud 7) the ac is very weak, couldn’t feel it

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how communicative they were. I liked the door code entries instead of using a physical key. I liked the size of the room and the desk and area for clothes.

I did not like the pillows, they were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was questionable and I had a spider in my bathroom. The front door and gate slammed very loud which disturbed me throughout the entire night. This caused me not to rest well.

I forgot an expensive hygiene item at the accommodation. When I asked one day (!) later if it had been found, I was told it had been thrown away for hygiene reasons. When I asked if the trash had been searched, I only received an insulting response (“it’s not like we just wait for you to come and claim it,” “you should be careful not to leave it behind and take care of what’s important to you as you say”). Rude and poor service.

The place was very nice. The area is amazing. I love Guadalajara and this area of Guadalajara is always alive with people and many places to eat. Couple of my favorite breakfast restaurants are right around the corner.

I had a hard to with the smaller room that I was put in. They had a leak from upstairs and there was mold on the ceiling that I didn't notice until the third day. I was not able to sleep the first two nights because of the mold. But they moved me on the third day and ended up putting me into a better room with a kitchenette. I was happier there with the ability to boil water and have tea. I wish the smaller room had a small coffee pot in it I would have been happy there with that.

The locals running the place are nice and tried to be of as much help as possible. The location is safe and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We didn’t have water for over 24h and after sending two messages the company finally replied and said they fixed it which they didn’t. So we couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, brush our teeth etc. They are zero responsive and don’t even reply to booking.com. I can absolute not recommend staying here, because if a problem occurs you’re left alone.
