the value for the money is good

the pictures are completely misleading, in reality it looked much worse, no hot water and it can get loud at night. But the bed was comfy and clean.

You can leave your bags in the lobby for an early arrival. The cleaning lady Gloria was very helpful and nice to us. The area felt quite safe.

A bit noisy at times; you can hear doors banging and next room conversations in the bathroom.

Location

Bait and switch. I booked a room weeks and when I arrived I was told there was an issue with said room so I was given a different one. This isn’t the first time this happened to me in Guadalajara so I tried contacting them in advance to confirm that I would be given the correct room but no luck. Also, I stayed in the top floor and when it rained, water leaked into the room from the light fixtures.

"Súper comfortable and great value for money."

Spacious, clean, comfortable, great shower, lots of charging points, great locations by lots of cafes, quick response to a problem with the window and great value for money.

Just a little mould on bathroom ceiling but nothing terrible.
