Amazing host. Very helpful and responsive. Smart TV with Netflix for the rainy days. Spacious room. All you need to cook. Very good area and safe.

You should put a curtain a the entry. It’s way too luminous at night.

I always come to here and enjoy my stay. However, this time was horrible.

1- Access to the room: 4 codes to remember to get to your room. Is like going into a bank. 2- The host ask for $350 pesos to clean up the room if requested in a stay shorter than 7 nights. 3- I got room #8 and the AC was not working to turn on the heater at night, there’s no external heater and surprisingly there’s no blankets on bed so I had to sleep with my winter clothes on. 4- The property manager and bookings.com staff clearly didn’t care about the freezing situation and no one did any action so I had to leave the place to find something comfortable. 5- The humidity in the room is very high and simply it’s good environment to get sick.

They canceled my stay in the afternoon of the day I arrived, and I had already paid for the room (since that is obligatory for this property). The only hotel available and within my budget on such short notice was in an unsafe area, and I had to pay extra to get there from the airport. Getting reembursed has been complicated so far and seems to be a longer process, since they did not cancel my stay in the booking.com system, but only via message. I am not in an economic position to pay double for hotels, extra ubers etc. and need my money back. I'm very unhappy with the situation.

The bed was comfy and the staff working at the house were super nice and friendly

Check the rooms when you arrive and when you check out take pictures and videos because they want to charge for "missing" items that they don't even have at the rooms, be careful with that part my first time there was super nice but the second time was awful they tried to charge me around 400 bucks for missing items, so take pictures if you need to leave the property early

Location was great! A little noisy (only on Friday and Saturday nights) but expected when close to bars and restaurants. The rest of the week it is fine. All bus stops are within a 10-minute walking distance or closer. With the included kitchen, you can save a lot of money eating out if you are on a budget.

This place is great for single persons who carry only a backpack, But there is no space in the room to place your clothes. (no closet) If you take more than one piece of luggage, you're basically going to have to live out of your luggage. The biggest complaint is the host is very slow to respond to messages through the Booking.com App. It was a real disaster at check in. Before the trip, I informed the host that our flight was a late one. We told the host that we were expecting to arrive at around 9:30 -10pm. The host did send a message about our check in procedure, but the problem was the booking app did not work at the location, so my room # and gate code was in the app and I could not read it. But I did write down the host's telephone number. I called and no answer. So we waited outside figuring out what to do, when another guest happens to step out and hooked up with the Wi-Fi. Then I was able to look at my check in information. I noticed any messages or concerns you may have, the host ignores any message after 5pm and responds the following day. The host knew we were arriving late, the host should call the guests to make sure there are no problems at check in. There is no excuse for that to happen. It took two days to get our light in the kitchen to be replaced. We cooked at night or made coffee. We could not see anything in the kitchen. WE had to use our cellphones for lighting! Again because the host is slow to respond. I noticed the host only responds between the hours of 9am-5pm. We left on day trips early, so didn't get answers until the afternoon. We stayed for a week and asked for fresh towels, and we were told we would be charged $150 pesos. They should provide at least one free change of towels during a weeks stay. One note to be fair. The booking.com app works very poorly when not on Wi-Fi. All my other apps work fine while on cell phone service. Google Maps, Moovit app, my email, YouTube, TikTok all worked fine but not booking.com.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed.

No housekeeping service, hot water only a few times in ten days, had to constantly ask for toilet paper, towels, and clean sheets to make the bed myself. The trash was never taken out and the room was never cleaned. Communication was not good.
