Clean, well appointed kitchen, great bed, quiet and safe neighborhood, quiet air conditioner, excellent value for money. Filtered water tap is available on the entry level. While I had no physical contact with the host, their communication through Booking's messaging platform was excellent and keyless entry to the property with an access code was easy. The room itself has a key.

No major complaints, other than being a bit far (~1.4km) from a good supermarket. I adored Guadalajara and would stay at this property again.

Close to the USA consulate, a lot of restaurants around, quiet at night you can sleep properly, comfy bed.

DO NOT BOOK ITS FAKE AND A SCAM! I tried located the property it doesn’t exist and the number doesn’t call anymore! They’ll try and tell you to check in with an automated system and when I asked for the door code they wanted my personal information and that is only supposed to happen when you check in in person not over the phone it’s a total fraud don’t throw away your money!!!!!! I requested a cancellation and again a crazy automated system and this person messaged me saying they aren’t the real owner just some random person asking for you ID and god knows what else.

Location is great

The room was never cleaned nor the bins emptied, and we stayed for 4 nights. Originally our pillow cases were dirty, although changed after we complained. We only have one toilet roll for free during our whole stay. The staff was not very responsive, even on the day of arrival. No mosquito nets on the window, so we were bitten during the night for our whole stay

We liked the house itself and location. Other guests were very loud in the hallways early in the morning and later at night.

A Shared kitchen would be nice. Also other guests had trouble using the key code on the doors. BeLocal should make sure the guests know which code to enter and which keys to press EXACTLY. Guests were frantically entering codes OVER AND OVER. It was very noisy.
