I got clear and good instructions about check-in and the accomodation in general They responded always quite fast I felt save there The room is quite spacious and clean There’s loads of bars and restaurants in the area

Great location. Five minutes walk to Chapultepec where you can enjoy the restaurants and social activities. The internet WiFi worked great for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. We would be glad to stay here again for a short visit.

The kitchen was very basic. We did not have a glass plate in our microwave and only had one cup. We informed the management who provided us with a second cup but no glass plat in our microwave. The hot water was a hit or miss depending on the time of the day. Other than that, it's a fair place to stay for a short time.

The location is superb, in a nice neighborhood with many bars and restaurants and also tranquil, walkable streets. The house is beautiful and well maintained, and the room has a very nice decoration.

On my arrival I had a bad surprise, the door of my room was open, the ligth and fan turned on and the glass for water that was for my use, had water in it. I told this to the contact person via whatsapp, but she didn't say anythig about it. So I never knew who was in my room without autorization. There is nobody at the property even that on the website is written you have always someone to help you. In addition, after 10 pm the whatsapp line sends an automatic message saying that they're out of working hours, so you don't have who to get help from if needed at some hours. I think this place is more convenient for people who know the city and don't require information about local issues such as public transport, sites of interest, safety, etc. The rooms that face the street are very noisy from a bar almost in front of the house; on friday, party noise lasted until 6 am. They should install noise control windows.
