Lovely! Clean, modern, spacious.

Always great. My home away from home. Not far to UofIA hospitals, one block to the outside ped mall and tons of Excellent Restaurants and fun activities including the Saturday AM Farmers Market in thehei parking ramp.

The property was great, the room was super spacious! Daniel at the front was amazing. I wished there was a full size mirror getting ready for an event and only having the bathroom mirror is not ideal. Minor things I guess

Came into Iowa city do you have a big celebration with my friends. I reserve three rooms with two beds in each one room being a handicap room. When we got there one of the rooms with not cleaned well enough and the smoke stench was awful. They did not have another room with two beds. My group of six were very disappointed. There was no real apology from staff. My room was the disabled room. The room itself was the farthest door away from the elevators. I’m not sure how ADA gave that approval. I took the shower the next day. I got there and fell in the shower. The the shower floor was marbled and slick as could be. I broke a toe, and injured my ribs and hip. I told them the next morning and again no real apologies never saw a manager. I was extremely disappointed with this property.

Very nice location. Easy access to coffee shop, restaurants, downtown events. Property poorly managed. Room floor dirty.

Perfect location! Clean and comfy & staff was great!

The property was in a great location in downtown. Parking was made easy and the room was amazingly clean and organized. I utilized their Gym and was shocked and amazed there was an iPad you could use to stream your music in the gym all you want. Granted I went at 10pm and no one else was in the gym so I had everything to myself for a good hour and a half. There was only 1 issue my wife and I had was in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder kept dropping the toilet paper and was getting frustrating very quickly. Aside from that I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I felt like a facility as new as this seemed could have been a little cleaner. Also, we did not use the kitchen for meals, but there was only one bowl, three dinner plates, three dessert plates, no spoons, no regular glasses and one butter knife. The capacity for this room is four. This seemed a little odd for a room with a kitchen. Parking was $15 a night and wasn't super clear. We also had some difficulty locating the parking and front desk from our directions. All in all, we would probably stay here again if we were in the area, these are just some things that should be addressed.
