Stayed here for the proximity to the light rail access to downtown and the Mall. Enjoyed our stay, but did not have enough time to use the pool or other amenities. The was not cleaned or serviced during our three day stay. You probably have to request that.

Fantastic staff and wonderful free breakfast. My only negative comment is the carpet in the hallways and in the rooms is a bit worn and stains are apparent.

We love the location and breakfast, and also having two pools and hot tubs. The beds are a little too hard for me.

This was a great place to stay for some shopping at Mall of America. The breakfast wasn’t great but aside from that we were happy!

Check in was confusing, you should be directed on the site to check in the Country Suites.Great location, plenty of parking and easy walk to the mall.

Convenient to MOA. Breakfast was ok but i love the gravy. Need to replace the carpet. Bathroom is dated. Beds are comfy. Friendly front desk and shuttle bus drivers.

Not sure how there was so many good reviews. For the price per night I had much higher expectations. Our room, the AC never went below 73/74 and it was in the 90s outside, it was so uncomfortable and we were on the top floor, with the sun hitting our room all day. It was hot, muggy, damp at all times. I had a headache the entire time we were in our room and I am assuming it was due to mold or something because I felt sick the entire time we stayed there. The room also wasn't very clean, it was OK... but there were smudges on walls and backs of doors, our top sheet clearly had dog hair of some sort on it, our carpet was full of stains The pool area left little to be desired and looked really run down. Parking lot was dirty, dead smelly squirrel that had clearly been there a long time. doors greasy/dirty. Breakfast was probably the only good thing and my kids enjoyed it. Not impressed at all, for sure won't be back to this location. Sorry, traveling with 2 kids and reading reviews I definitely thought it would be a lot better than what my research online showed. The hotel it "fine" but not worth the price in my opinion at all. I would have expected to pay a lot less for the condition of the hotel. Only perk was the mall being walkable.
