"Great hotel to stay at with a family!"

This was a perfect hotel for our family of 5 to stay! The breakfast was good and ran from 6:00-10:30 and there were two pools and two hot tubs, both in the same area and open until midnight. It is right across the street from the Mall of America and was super easy to get to!

"Excellent"

Staff was nice and friendly. Pierre at the front desk was excellent!!! The only thing I did not like was being bitten by bugs in couch

Good breakfast, convenient to MOA & local transport. But some staff had terrible attitudes, argumentative and refused to help even left disabled lady to life her own case into the shuttle bus.

"Frequent traveler needs good airport hotels"

As a frequent traveler, I am always looking for a good airport hotel before early morning flights. This hotel has quick easy access to MSP. It also was super comfortable and quiet. We never heard Jets landing just a few hundred yards away. The cherry on top, is that this hotel has five minute walking access to the mall of America. The price was good, the breakfast was good, parking free and easy, and I will use it every time I fly out of Minneapolis.

"Clean and comfortable "

Check in was seamless. My room was on the 5th floor, facing Killebrew Avenue. It was very quiet. The room was clean and spacious. It was actually a suite - the same price that a room was in the attached Country Inn. Monday morning the breakfast area was crazy busy, but the attendants kept all the food filled. It was nice to use the skyway to cross over to MOA.
