Park Plaza Minneapolis Mall of America

Nice and clean very close proximity to the mall

They oversold the room that was already paid for. I called twice before booking and was never told it was oversold. If I’ve know I would have booked a different hotel. They had a huge line at front desk and waited in line for 1.5 hours to be told there was no room. They even told me to take a Uber to another hotel at 2am. I paid for a full night stay which I never got.

We really love this hotel. We have stayed here multiple times. It is safe, has two restaurants next to it, very easy to park, walkable to the mall, and not too far from the airport. The staff is always very friendly and they always have a variety of food for breakfast.

I loved Park Plaza conveniently located to Mall of America. The check in and check out made easy no waiting. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Heck in was quick && easy. They gave me options for room selection and everything was very clean and seemed well cared for and kept. Definitely 5stars

Close to the mall

The customer service at the front desk was 100/100. The linens in the room were clean but some of the other furniture in the room had seen better days. The chairs had stains and food crusted on them. (We did not sit on them). The bathroom tub had rust in the tub and there were signs of water damage along the base boards and bathroom door. Walls were dirty. Overall the stay was average. Customer service was the highlight of our stay. Very close to the mall of America. That was also a plus. But would consider a different location for next time due to cleanliness.
